FBS.NET offers 24 hour tech support at 407-682-3991.  But you are encouraged to read through our support pages before calling.  Most of the questions we get are answered here.  You can also reach our support staff by email at support@fbs.net.

Please note FBS.NET has recently renumbered its entire network.  If your Internet connection is performing poorly, it may be because you are still using old IP addresses or DNS servers.  Your DNS servers are normally obtained automatically when you connect but if you have them hard coded into your computer or router, please verify that you are using 208.82.160.34 as your primary DNS and 208.67.220.220 as your secondary DNS.

Free tech support covers assistance with setting up your Internet connection and email only.  Assistance with the basic use Windows or any of your other programs over the phone is outside the scope of free support and will only be provided on a billable basis.
